Was heading to the juice bar when I happened upon this cozy spot. Juice bar closed, so I happened by it again when a group of neighborhood Elders were coming out. They looked happy. Went in. Asked the counter waitress what they are known for. She rattled off about 5 items on the menu. I happened to want pancakes a 4pm. The only way they could have been better is with blueberries. They were light and delicious! She offered me a taste of the banana cake dessert. A must! They bake their own stuff. This is my go to spot....

The food is good and the prices are reasonable but as my niece and I were eating our bacon the woman at the counter loudly stated that she couldn't be putting this unhealthy meat into her body. That was extremely rude and discourteous. When I asked for water, we were brought room temperature water with no ice. It's a nice place but could use a little training for the employees.

I've been coming here reliably about every two or three weeks for several months now, as I live in the area. The food is always good...when they get your order right. The staff are consistently scatterbrained and slow. I've been both when it's busy and when it's dead, and every single time the staff are slow, inattentive, and forget something. I've sat waiting for the check for ten to fifteen minutes several times (and then waited another five or ten to get the receipt back to sign if I'm not paying in cash). The servers all nice. I enjoy seeing them when I go even though neither of us are on a first-name basis. But they just don't have the proper service skills for a fast-paced dining experience. They're super crowded and would rather inconvenience customers and chat among themselves than serve efficiently. When I got sick of the service taking too long, I elected to try ordering the food for pickup. I've ordered pickup twice and both times I got home and found out I received at least one meal that was something completely different from what I ordered. Once, it was both. I love the food here, and the staff are kind, but I'm sick of the poor service. I'll be taking a break from eating at Yura's. Hopefully they can improve their workers' skills so the tables clear faster and orders are correct.

Seems like the only place i could get a good meal in this neighborhood. 100% recomend. I don't normally post positive about places because i feel food is an art and art isn't for everyone but this place so far has art.

The ULTIMATE comfort food restaurant. Amazing variety of delicious entrees at reasonable prices, my go-to place for a quick bite when I'm in town. Highly recommend.
